MAIN TOPIC: Almost 27 years after it premiered on Fox the (animated) X-Men are back in X-Men ’97, a series that picks up where the original series ended. Michael and Joe give their take on the first three episodes (one liked it, one was meh, but who?).

From there it’s onto s03e09 of The Bad Batch, “The Harbinger.” Is the show treading water or advancing the story? The team has thoughts.
